The U.S. House passed an amendment offered by Congressman Landry that would prohibit funds appropriated in the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act from being used to require TED’s on skimmer or butterfly type fishing nets.
Working to highlight one of the oil and gas industry’s tremendous safety and education tools, Congressman Landry has invited BSEE Director Watson to the Mr. Charlie rig in Morgan City.
